Buns and Roses Romance Tea for Literacy & Virtually Yours Weekend

l’ll be an author host at the 17th Annual Buns & Roses Romance Tea for Literacy & Virtually Yours Weekend October 21-23. Have you ever attended Buns & Roses in person or virtually? It’s so much fun!! There will be a silent auction, mystery bears (if you don’t know what that is ask me! They’re so cute), and lots of fun interaction between authors and readers. My friend Janna MacGregor and I will be giving two workshops and we’d love to see you there! Proceeds from Buns & Roses benefit the Richardson Adult Literacy Center. KissCon One Night Stand is the one night author spectacular from Avon Books. Join us for author chats, door prizes, and fun games like Bookshelf Bingo (yes, it’s a thing) with me and other fantastic Avon authors!

KissCon is happening Saturday, December 4th at 7 PM EST | 4PM PST. This event is fully virtual and will stream via the William Morrow Crowdcast. Each author will share three of their favorite books and why they love them, but keep your eyes peeled! Whoever finds those same books on their shelf first wins the round.

Join Meg Cabot, Lenora Bell, Julie Tieu, Olivia Dade, and Julie Ann Long for a hilarious guessing game and charades mashup highlighting some of the romance genre’s greatest hits—from favorite books, movies, tropes and more—you, the audience, get to pick the swoony subjects at hand and watch as the authors do their best to get their fellow panelists to guess the phrase!

Come join me at the Upper Hutt Library in Wellington this Saturday, June 26, at 2:00 P.M. for a discussion of all things Regency. I’ll be discussing my journey to publication, my writing process, and the Regency era and why I chose it for my books. I’ll highlight several Regency authors and then invite participants to do a little writing exercise. All welcome. Free parking. Tea, snacks, and great prizes!
